Stamina is a resource used for fighting the trials in the Weirwood Tree.
- A normal trial costs 6 stamina.
- An elite trial costs 12 stamina.
Stamina is also used in some events:
- Weirwood Memories: 15 stamina per fight.
Recovering stamina[]
- Stamina recovers automatically over time, at the rate of 1 point of Stamina over 300 seconds.
- You can use the Spirit of Weirwood Tree to instantly recover 120 Stamina. However, only a limited number of Spirits can be consumed per day.
- Adventuring in the Expedition Beyond can recover some stamina.
