For those trying to figure out how to do Ch. 9 A Wayward Heart's "transfer resources to ally" quest, they will find they are required to build the market. However, the market cannot be built till the castle is level 16. I assume in the past it was level 10, since the linked webpage and part of this chapter have the castle at level 10.
I don't know if this is a glitch in the game, or an intended result and the game creators botched up the quest lines. Either way, there should be a notice, or comment, something, that states that to start leveling the Market requires level 16 Castle. If not a comment, then someone needs to put in a ticket to the someone about this issue. I don't know who or how to do a ticket for this game.
